When my family had to seek help from the mental health services it was a traumatic time. We were in shock and had no idea what help was available.The support and help we received from the staff in Newcastle Hospital was wonderful. It helped us as a family through the bad times. Now when we visit the hospital we dont experience the same fear as before.
